Is there anyway to remove the Italian non eu rule. I've always wanted to manage in Italy but the non eu rule is very off putting because there are a lot of players I like that arnt technically European. Vrsaljiko etc.
I have a basic understanding of the editor and can make some changes but this would be way above my head.
If someone knows if there is a database already can you let my know or if not can you give me some directions as to how I could go about doing it.
I really want to start as Napoli.
