Reports just in that the Ex-England International Jack Cooper has just signed a contract with Cisco Roma.
Mario Ciaccia , the Cisco Roma Chairman , has told us (sky sports news) that Cooper has signed a 1,400 pounds per week deal until june 2011.
Cooper made 50 caps for England without managing to score a goal.

Considering we start in the Italian Serie C2/C we have a very good budget and i will look to take advantage of this.

Got to agree with andy here this is gonna happen on every new story now :S which is quite bad really because it is just going to make things worse :S
