Jack Wilshere Injury

I'm sorry if this is wrong place to put this but i'm just wanting to know if Wilshere's injury will affect his future because everytime i look at him a stat has been decreased and since i want him to be my future player. also the fact i'd have to spend millions for another person whilst missing out on a big talent like wilshere, sorry for making it long but any other people playing as arsenal does wilsheres injury affect him badly or will he still be the player like pretty much everyone know he is, Thanks.

hes not even playing regularly in my game even though hes recovered, like ramsey in fm11

shame really if AI manages arsenal because he's a talent i'm arsenal manager so i'll slowly bring him back in, but bad thing is i got joao moutinho who is my best performer and bought jordan mutch as backup but he is keeping arteta on the bench and ramsey is in the heart of the midfield so it's going to be hard to drop somebody
