Jailbroken iPod touch

I was just wondering. Has anyone else jailbroken their iPhone/iPod touch?

My cydia is 'loading data' and then it goes back to home. Help???

Defo jailbreak. Just restart your ipod to fix that.

Nah i was safe because my 1 year warranty was already out

Still dont work, maybe somat wrong with server. Is yours working.
