I'm still only on the first season about 6-7 games in domestically, and to be honest he's not anything special. Would be interesting to see how he ends up though, usually went to Liverpool in FM13.
The man with no neck (or Randall Wheems from Recess) a.k.a James Forrest will turn out to be a future star i am sure.. now Tony Watt is one i am no longer sure on...
