they don't even had the common sense to make a public announcement regarding the date of the new update and to apologize for the fact that they released a broken game, i think this is a big lack of respect to the customers and fans

Yes, we will be doing a transfer update. No, we don't have a release date for it - nor will we in advance. Last year it was early March.

1. They have never announced when the updates will be: It's usually late February / Early march

2. This is not a broken game. I remember people ranting and raving about how terrible FM13 was when it came out but now it's considered the golden child by most people.. There has been no lack of respect and the fact that some of the moderators here work with Sports Interactive and liason between the fans and SI, I think is a huge sign that they care about the opinions of fans.
