Japanese League?

How do I activate the Japanese league. I installed the Japanese league thing from this page but there is no installation method.

Well you have to delete the fake.inc and n-league.inc files. This will enable the japan and german national teams. Then you will have to download an edited database for japan. This can be found in downloads/additional leagues.
