Javier pastore wp and loan problem

I bought pastore on the last day of the january transfer window he didnt get wp. i tried to loan him to a feeder club but said hes better than that now hes angry. what shall i do now im in mid february with him doing nothing.

before with lacina traore i bought him and he played in my reserves gave him a new contract a couple months later and he got a wp. could that happen again.
