Currently Looking at the player above for my wolves team in 2015/2016 season and can get him for 3 mill, his stats and his goals to games are incredible

Has anyone had any dealings with him?
Is he any good at premier league level ?
Or is there any other proven goal scorers I should focus on instead ?
