I mostly play Football Manager 2014, there I have made many good tactics, specially since winter. But now I decided it was about time to make one for Football Manager 2015. I wanted to make a tactic that have the most possession, while still being dangerous in attack. I wanted it to be defensive solid too, and not like most tactics I see which is all about just scoring more than your opponents. I wanted it to be realistic and not taking advantage of ME bugs and stuff. But most of all, I wanted it to play my style of possession football. I want the left winger to cut inside, open space for the left back. I want a midfield playmaker who can pass it around well, and a roaming playmaker beside him who can open up space for him and also run with the ball and make perfect passes for the right winger who I want to score goals. When the left winger cuts in he can pass it to the overlapping left back, or make a deadly pass to the right winger who can score. Specially when the F9 (Messi) take all the defenders focus.

It passes the ball around patiently until space opens up.

False 9 will also score alot of goals and make many assists.

Our left winger, Inside Forward support, Neymar who also do a excellent job.

For most of the matches I used Adama Traoré instead of Suarez on the right winger, Raumdeuter spot. But both of them did a great job.

Xavi was also a assist king, when he ran with the ball, and Messi took the defenders focus and then pass it deep to the right winger.

We ended up dominating the league. Win the spanish cup, and win the Champions League. A perfect season.

I didn't make any set pieces, so the tactic could probably be better if I knew how to do set pieces well. But I hope you would try it out and tell me what you think. And if someone knows how to make set pieces well, he/she is welcome to contact me.

Hey guys. I just tried it in FM regular, also with Barcelona, and with Athletic. It works VERY well defensively if you find a good assistent and scout with some tactical knowledge who can scout your opponent, and then let the assistent do the opposition instructions.

MessiLeo: With Arsenal in a test, it didn't go well, most likely because of the lack of a DM half back, and lack of a good false nine. I didn't buy any. But with Athletic we kicked **** after a poor start and finished third in league, got far in europe, and won the spanish cup. With no signings.

I have tested a half season on regular too, with OI. I had a good scout and assistent manager with tactical knowledge. I was really positively surprised of how well it worked. We lost a embarrasing match big.. (3-1 to Sporting in CHampions League), but those results just happens sometimes. We dominated every match beside that.

Yes, with Arsenal and Athletic. With Arsenal it was too unstable, because of lack of false nine and half back. A tactic like this really needs the right players for the roles. Just shows how realistic and good FM have become.. Sometimes it makes me miss older FM's.

With Athletic it kicked **** after a poor start. Suddenly it seemed like we couldn't lose a match even if our life depended on it. Finished third in league, came far in europe and won the spanish cup.

Athletic have alot of players who fit to the system and the right type of players too.

You can use opposition instructions. If you know what you are doing, you can do them yourself, or experience with them and find out what works well. Or you can have a good assistent manager with good tactical knowledge to do them. That worked out very well for me. Our opponents mostly had only 0-5 shots against us because we closed them down instantly with opposition instructions. Bigger teams had around 10-15 shots against us though. Very exciting matches against Real Madrid.

Going to give this a whirl with my champion team at Liverpool and implement the Corner tweak to see what happens . Not sure about OI's yet but if anyone wants to help me out with that please shout me !
