I was man Utd and needed a backup for Rooney and Rvp, I signed Shane long on a whim and he has been awesome for me, more importantly he didn't moan when he didn't play for a period, add to that he comes under HG and in my opinion he is a great shout, doesn't cost the earth too which is nice.

I second Shane Long! He's like my favourite player in real life! Quite good on the game too, just up his composure a little bit and you're done! Currently he's worth 18.5mil, but i think that was slightly boosted due to the fact of him winning the European Golden Shoe :') Just sign him, you won't regret it.

arsenal could get alot better than ji dong wong mate, sanogo turns into a beast if you use him.

Sanogo and Ji Dong Won are of a similar quality, so dont bother if thats what you are looking for. Both can be good backups for a PL winning side in 2 years.

But Vela, with the buyback clause (and he IS homegrown) is a far better option, imo.
