Right now I'm manager for Manchester City.
I got a mail that England was looking for a new manager, I aplied for it and after a week or so, I got a new mail saying England wants Madsen(my manager name) then, there were 2 options
1. Accept the job
2. Declinde the job
I accepted the job, but after that I got a new mail saying the exact same weather I could accept or declind, I keep getting these mails where I can accept or decline.
What to do? Cant I be manager of Manchester City and England at the same time? Or what?

Only need to do it once and then it saves the patch and you wont need to use the internet for it again

i won the world cup with england and real madrid offered me the job! started a 6 year dominance with them in which i brought messi, ribery, vidic, gerrard, essien and loads more all without cheatin won nearly everythin every year

i thort the features from the new patch worked with your current game. You only had to start a new game if u wanted to play with all the new transfers. after downloading the patch jst load your save again and try and get the job

Nope, in order to play on a new patch, a new game has to be started if you're not already on it, this is a common bug on the first patch, use the live search:
