I have changed the staff responsibilities correctly and all of that but when teams bid for non-transfer listed players (Ben Arfa, Sissoko etc) It still gives me the choice to accept or reject that offer. He also isn't bidding on players, he only signed Danny Welbeck on loan and a bunch of staff.
