It is highly recommended that you have 16 players at the end, no more, and no less, If you have 16 players, you get the maximum of 5 backups, the backups could be Golden Oldies, or a wonderkid, i draw them randomly out of a hat, so you could get a 38 Year old with immense stats, or a 16 year old who could bloom, or a normal middle aged man, it varies. If you have 17 players i only give 4 backups as the maximum squad size i am allowing is 21, if you have 15 players i only give 4 backups aswell as you did not reach the goal, If you have 11 players only, you get no backups and you will suffer as you will have to use ****** regens, i will make sure neall turns the youth facilities on minimal so you do not get any wonderkids, you only are hurting yourself.
