Joey Barton Replacement

I need a replacement for joey barton as he has now left my club for free as he never was intrested in signing a new contract.

I played barton as a deep lying playmaker in a formation of a 4-4-2. i would like either a deep of advanced playmaker. my budget is 16 million.
