he is not worth spending time on trying to develop, sell him for whatever price you can get, and you can track him at Real to see if he does develop or not seeing as though they have the best facilities

Are you using a downloaded database because his PA could be edited. His stats aren't to impressive but he's very quick, doubt he develops that well though.
