Journey man league / job please help

I have never done this nor have I managed in lower leagues but thought I would try a journey man save.
I have sunday league as reputation have english leagues to skrill n/s, spain, france, USA and 1 other league, I have went 2 seasons applying for jobs getting an interview then not getting the job.
What are the best leagues to load?
Whats the best way to do the interview?

Just try to ask for min. wage and don't have any request to the board! That's normally the way I do it when applying for a lower league club.
