For example, only setup very fluid and attack strategy, and no other settings, and your players will do the rest, how they see fit? No instructions are needed, if you have quality players, they will do great.???

With very rigid, every choice you made, in tactical sense, matters, every role, every duty matters. Basically, this is how tactic really works. It's in my opinion the best way to test how good a tactic really is.
