Just a quick question

So im not to sure of where i should of put this, So ive been reading people's stories and looking at other players tactics ive seen a few people have there DLP on the right of a 2 person midfield and the BWM on the left but i have mine the other way round like DLP on the left and BWM on the right so my question is does this affect my team the way there play or does it not matter.

well it would be 4-2-3-1 so lampard Dlp and mikel Bwm in mid then oscar If-mata- Am hazard If then torres or lukaku Poacher

Screen shot of the formation + roles? As it depends on the full backs etc. You'd prefer to have the BWM on the side with the weaker winger + full back. Although Mikel isn't really a ball winner midfielder, doesn't really have the mobility for it..
