The adjust budget thing should never allow you to to make yourself have ?0 in the transfer budget now seeing as to sign free players you still need to fork in a little bit of cash on his agent fees and whatnot.. not 100% necessary but something to think about to help future potentially confused players..

You won't be able to sign free players if you don't have the required funds.
You get the option to adjust the budget if you do try to sign someone though.

Agents fees etc don't come out the transfer budget. At least, I think they don't......

I know it takes money out of the budget but people are complaining when they don't have the 10k to spare and they don't understand why they can't buy free players because of agent fees etc.. I'm saying to make the minimum maybe 10% of your transfer budget to avoid new players becoming confused and all that jazz.
