Just want advise on a edit im doing

Ive done maybe 10 saves without any sort of editing, and with FM2011 coming I thought I would mess around a bit

I am going to edit the 10.3 database, Im going to Edit STOKE, What Im planning to do is delete all staff, all players and change the following settings:

Reputation up by 1000
training and youth setup 20
a foreground sugardaddy (does this mean he would pump extra money into the buget?)
150m transfer buget
20m age budge (is this to much?)

with the training and youth set up at 20, and having a U18's squad would I possibly get really nice regens from opening this edit or do I need to change anything else?

You will get amazing regens with youth setup at 20 but also need really good coaches to train them.
Sugardaddy will be at the front of your finances.

the wage budget is really high. Even £5m is really big.

You'd have to wait a season for some good regens but they're never guaranteed straight away.
