Hey guys, I am had just completed Season 3 (was too busy during the Dec to May period, and just started playing - I am in audit so you can imagine, 
) - my results are nil losses in Season 2 and Season 3, won all Cups, including European Champions Cup and Italian Cup, and the Serie A (the runner up was if I remember correctly 27 points away from me).
This winning strategy is a sure win and strong defensively. Against Big Boys such as Man U, Chelsea, Barcelona, etc. I get a 1 - 0 Win but a Win nonetheless,
Strategy - 4-1-3-1-1
Defense - WBK CTR LID WBK
Defensive Midfield - DLM
Central Midfield - APM BBM APM
Attacking Midfield - InF
Striker - Pcr
Team Instructions: Balanced, Mixed, Committed, Pressing
My players by the 3rd Season (after selling off Buffon, Chellini, Marchisio, Florente, Tevez, and some other players such as Isla, Sorenson, etc, giving me loads of cash to buy some young super stars)
In the same order:
Goalkeeper - Jeronimo Rulli (can sign him as a free agent in season 2)
Defense - Emre Can, D Rugani, Alvarez Balanta, De Sciglio
Defensive Midfield - Sturaro / Asamoah (both great in this position and averages 8 rating)
Central Midfield - Goretzka (yes I play him APM), Vidal, Pogba (yes I play him APM)
Attacking Midfield - Morata
Striker - Timo Werner
