Welcome to my first tactics of fm..
Since Fm 2009, i have been using other people's tactics.
In 2012, I have decided to make myself a tactic that suits me..
I have achieve good results and currently unbeaten with udinese...

No shouts needed
This tactics takes about 10 games to fit in till you get the good results...
in the early of the season, i recommend using very high teamwork preparation till your assistant tells you that they don't have problem blending into the squad..
PLS MAKE SURE THAT YOUR MAKE YOUR TEAM HAS AS LESS SHOOTING FROM DISTANCE AS POSSIBLE!

Full Backs: Supporting Full Back(Marking, Crossing, Pace, Stamina)

RCM: This player is the core of your team's defending, but note that this player's rating won't be high
(tackle, marking, stamina)

LCM: This player is more to a xavi like midfielder (first touch, dribbling, passing, stamina, technique)

AMRL: This 2 players is the core of your team's attacking, they cut inside (dribbling, passing, finishing, acceleration, composure)

AMC: This player can either scores or assist (finishing, passing, creativity, teamwork)

ST: Trequartista, finishing striker, common sense.(the rating is quite low, this is because i only started to use him as trequartista since november)

Tweaks:
- you may tweak the striker to any other role as long as you put them into the attacking role and minimize the long shots.
- you may also tweak the LCM position into other role such as box to box, advanced playmaker and deep lying playmaker (make sure you don't choose any primary playmaker and target man, and once again, minimize long shots)
- AMC position can be tweak to either attacking midfielder or advanced playmaker only (no long shots please)
- be cautious that you must only have 1 playmaker in LCM and AMc position

v2 changelogs:
- doesn't play offsides
- stick to position instead of more roaming
- no position swap between AMR and AML
- LCM is a Advanced Playmaker, more to a xavi like position
- less attacking mentality for AMR and AML
- AMC is a normal attacking midfielder instead of v1's advanced playmaker
- more defending mentality and less creative freedom for DR and DL
- striker now is a pure finisher (poacher)
