I am wondering weather anybody has been able to develop this kid from manchester city's academy into a top quality centre back and i can develop him for my young blackpool side.

I'm only in my second season but I made my own defence training, and his stats along with Denis Suarez have improved alot!

I've even played him in some non cup first tea matches!
