Keep Conceding Early Goal, HELP

Hello i am Man City and I'm now in my 6th season, Last season I won champs league and the league but now i my next season i am very very often losing an early goal, very very annoying!! anyone think of anything that mite help in stopping this problem?

Play more defensively for the first 15 minutes? Perhaps your teamtalks aren't grabbing your players' attention any more so need a little change for a while?
