Keepers making saves with their feet

Has anyone else noticed an inordinate amount of times a keeper tries to just save a shot with his leg instead of falling on/in front of the shot?

Maybe it's just an animation issue, but it feels like half the conceded goals come from the keeper trying to standing kicksave a shot.

Ha ha ha, my keeper is great at this!

No doubt it is just a limitation of the animations but makes me laugh/cry none the less.

I've noticed a high number of these saves, but I can't say I've seen too many directly leading to a goal

No, in my experience they are just as reliable as a normal save (eg. Using hands) just makes me giggle sometimes lol
