Keeping a team winning

Hey all im having real trouble keeping my team winning as i go through the leagues , im signing players i think will be good to keep me going but they seem to turn out not as good as the scouting report says .


I have tony coton as my assistant but they are still turning out to be rubbish.

Are there any people out there who have taken team from the bottom all the way to the top?

If there are can you give me the best advice for keeping a club on the winning path .

if you're in a bad run of form, try changing your tactics, or have team meetings and warn the team that you won't accept this form etc etc...you just need to get out of the rut, and then you'll be fine..

the player in the FM just like real player mate
u need to make them happy and put some believe in them .
although dont change player to when it comes to hard time .

maybe u lack of practise and some kind of tactical mistakes .
