I've gone out and bought some good young talent, guys who are in the U18 club and a few that will be there for a few years. They're on "hot young prospect" contracts yet they're demanding first team football when they are nowhere near ready. When I decline them they request a transfer. Anyone have any suggestions?

you just send them on loan :)

I have tried that. I often get the "no teams see a loan viable" and the teams that I have a link with that are feeder clubs "don't want anymore players on loan". The board won't give me a second feeder club for the purpose of loaning players so I end up shipping them off to Romania (link was to avoid work permits) where the barely play and in the end are worse off than if they had just stayed put and played in the U18 (and reserve, I made them available for that) system.

when you send them on loan set 0 the money you will get and the wages 0% too that will help :)

I always do that. Nobody wants 19 year olds rated at 0.5 stars who will develop into 4 star players.

use quotes in order to see your answers :) well i dont think so even with silver stars they get them maybe they are overated by your coaches?

Sorry re: quotes. I did quick reply as the "reply" button wasn't working. "Reply with Quote" does. Perhaps though my coaches are quite good at judging ability and potential. I appreciate all the feedback by the way. It just sucks spending 2-4M on a good 17 year old prospect and before they even turn 18 they're demanding 1st team football and nobody will take them on loan.
