After failing miserably in my other game trying to win a load of cups with kids i have decided for another challange . I am going to be aston villa and heres my plan

season 1 .... Top four finish
season 2......top three finish
season3.......top two finish
season.........winners!!

Im not the greatest at all at this game so thats why its a four year plan i hope u guys follow this and i promise to see out the whole four years with villa even if everything does not go to plan

nice signings mate..palacios in to replace barry and also veloso :D interesting story ill follow good luck:D
 
heres how my pre season got on i think it was a very succseful pre season with even brad friedel managing to score in the first european game;)
 
don't you get bored playing fm 09 from last year when the new season has just begun?

good luck mate, ive tried many time with villa but just cant find the right formation for them

i dont know m8 i only have 3 strikers and hes my only backup if any of them were to get injured?

but i can always send him out on loan with a clause that i can recall him back
 
I like the signing of Palacios in for Barry, good idea and he is young :) Valencia is a good player, but it's hard to get the best out of him sometimes, it depends who he is playing with, Veloso as always is a quality signing, your CM's are good, Palacios is just like a brick wall, and Veloso should be the one with the creative freedom, (not trying to tell you how to play though lol :P) and Vagner Love once again as always is quality, Agbonlahor is good if he is paired with a good striker, I know this because I was villa and paired him with Carew, who wasn't playing well, and then Agbonlahor stopped playing well, then I bought Crouch and put him upfront with Agbonlahor and Crouch was great and Agbonlahor played quality aswell, maybe this was a coincidence I'm not sure :P Good luck I'll be following

And yeah send Delfounso (spelling) out on loan with recall thing on, you could try and get Saviola on loan from R.Madrid, he would be a good addition to your strike force :)
 
cheers and thanks i was thinking that about palcios and veloso and im thinking off a 4-4-2 at home and maybe playing a 4-5-1 at away games wat u think

btw im possibly the worst fm player with tattics lol
 
will be following this one seems good, just wondering how much do villa start with to begin??
 
6m for qualify for europe through league but wen i sold players i also adjusted money from wages into transfer budget<)
