Just found this guy in my save at age 21. His physical stats are even better than in your screenshot! However he hasn't developed much technically or mentally due to Lyon not loaning him out or giving him any games for 5 years......................

Still scouted as being a leading serie A AMC. Not sure if I should make a deal or not.
 
Awesome find Raikan (as always)

Shame he's AMC/Striker. Already have to much of them
 
test him out Montanaro and WannaB, see how he becomes, I have seen he becomes pretty **** good! dont have SS though! just give him a good tech training regime and see what happens (and playing time of course)
 
he was loaned out finally. didnt get a chance to bid for him
