What is the best position for Kevin Volland ? Striker Or Midfielder ? And what would the best best role to play him at ?
 
Treq mate. Depends on your formation. He'll be happy up there banging in goals (train to hit shots accurately) if you play with AML/AMR.

Don't waste his natural fitness, determination, work rate , stamina etc.

If you play 2 up front, just let him be himself, he does drop back unless told (trained) not to.
 
so should he be in a AMC position as a treq if was playing a 4-2-3-1 formation for Arsenal. lol im also not sure where to put him to get the most out of him.
 
Honestly mate I have never bought him but have scouted him thoroughly on many saves. From what I have seen is he plays great up top as a Treq. I have scouted him in a 4-3-2-1 with 2 wingers and in a system of 4-2-3-1. But the reason I have never bought him is because every time I have extensively scouted him, there have been an alarming amount of goal droughts. But when he is in form, HE IS IN FORM.
 
hmm good advice in that case im gonna have to have another good striker others have told me how good giroud is so maybe volland can just be a sub and on the editor data it says vollands consistency is 15 shouldnt be that bad right? Thanks for your opinion bro it was helpful, got me thinking
 
Yeah if it's 15 I would expect him to keep it consistent. Maybe it was just the players he was surrounded by. I mean what is your options for strikers? is it just Giroud and Volland?
 
so far yeah but im not happy with just two strikers incase of injuries and when fixtures are close together i need back-ups. Noot sure who else to buy
 
Also out of the whole arsenal squad who would you recommend i sell?
 
Let me seen a screenshot of who you have right now. How many seasons in are you?

I can give you some pointers on who to sell and who to pick up if you give me a tad more info!
 
lol well i jus started it fresh i wanted to get all the info in then i can start so right now I just have the normal Arsenal team today (including debuch and sanchez)
 
Okay awesome, how much money do you have to spend? how much did you spend on Volland?

I would say sell Giroud and go for a Marquee striker. Then have volland and Podolski as cover.
 
hmm i got 45Million without spending or selling tbh if i get rid of players like monreal i should get roughly 20M so i should have 65Million. Volland has a 12.75M release clause so thats good. I dont know whether to sell giroud so many people have said good things about him i think im going to keep him so now i want a striker which can cover well and settle in easily by scoring.
 
Okay go for balotelli! He is a little sporadic but I haven't had much trouble with him!
 
put volland as inside winger on the right buy deiago costa ( athletico maidrid 38.5 m buy out.
i won 3 prems in a row and 2 champions leaguse in row with this 2

How about Gabriel Barbosa? With some tutoring he's turned into a Wonderkid with 'The Next Ronaldo' on my Arsenal save. Or if you want to save money for the next window Fabio Quagliarella can be loaned for the season and is a reasonable back-up to Giroud.
 
I'd offload Podolski before Giroud, he is inconsistent and will maybe get you 10 goals but mostly playing wide left. Diouf is an option for under 5 million, scores goals and a good third option, Walcott scores plenty as well. I offload Arteta normally to man United 7.5 million most I've got so far. Offload rosicky and Fabianski (although he will have already gone in most recent I imagine. Flamini is handy to have especially if you train to cover full back positions as well. Holding centre midfield is the biggest necessity for arsenal imo.

If you were to get rid of pod Sanchez would be a good option as can play a variety of positions, as can Groskreutz as a more defensive signing
