No he should not.
This is not the first time he has been in trouble with the police i think he has been in trouble 3-4 times ? not sure but its just stupid Wigan have sacked him and i don't really think any club will want him so I don't think he should be.

He's had 13 previous convictions mate. And I reckon he shouldn't be allowed back in football. But something what winds me up is, ignore the fact he did it to a girl. Steven Gerrard flung a few punches at a DJ did he not?
Just because Marlon King is not anywhere near as high profile as he is does not mean Gerrard should not have gone to jail. Both Marlon King and Steven Gerrard have punched people but it does not surprise me in the least that it was Marlon King who got sent down. Don't get me wrong, I don't condone people going round battering one another but Gerrard had done the same but he got away with it. Nevermind, he's **** anyway.
