Was gona say it shows how the stress of managing (esp the Toon 
) can get to someone...and with Kinnear having problems in the past, you wonder if his health will ever be that good for him to return.
Obviously one hopes he makes a full recovery, but I actually wonder how Newc will do without him-he's done a steady, not spectacular job, but Houghton to me seems to suck as a caretaker boss.
