Where are you placing the folders ?
Have you unticked skin cache ?

i replace it in same place which install game then open data file and put it inside . i do the same at English Premier League Kits and Logo

No graphics should go in programme files mate
Graphics go in my docs / si / fm12

Yes now untick skin cache and tick reload skin on fm
