kits/logos don't seem to be working?

I don't know if this is the right destination for this but I got FM 22 for xmas and have downloaded some kits and logos, as well as the real name update but none seem to be working even though I've followed all the correct instructions... anybody got any ideas? I've reloaded the cache and skin etc in the settings also and this still does not make them work.

I've attached a screenshot of the folder I have put the downloads in to for anyone that wanted to see if i've put them in the wrong location.

It might be a config.xml related issue.
Try redownloading the kit packs again or you can create a new config.xml with programs like FM Graphic Configurator or fmXML (it's actually pretty simple and intuitive to do).
Once the kit packs have new xml try loading the caché again, maybe that'll do the trick (I had a similar issue with a face pack and that actually solved it).
