Kits, Logos & Other Maladies

First off, I have several issues with graphics within the fm10 game.

first off being that they tend to dissapear after one season or rather a few and then sometimes reappear.
secondly when I have created new teams and kits for a new league none of the selected kits appear despite creating a config for these new teams.

Also. logos for these new teams. When I have created them they do not show up ingame despite a config also, these logos when edited on photoshop do not and for some reason wont fit to the same size specs as the other logos in the game.

Any help and co-operation will be off a huge help. And I apologize if this is not in the correct forum

Preferences -> Display & Sound -> tick 'always load skin on confirm', 'untick use skin cache'.

That has been done. From the first day I played fm10, its just after a season or two the kits of some teams fail to show up.
