This is 4-2-3-1 Deep tactic I use with my Newcastle team. It was pretty effective and I got loads of good results and eventually won English Premier Division in last two seasons.
Its base is quick direct passing style with deep defensive line and one of DMs as Anchor Man. The other DM is Deep Lying Playmaker with Support duty. Left and right AMs are Wingers with Attack duty, center AM is Inside Forward with Attack duty and the FC is Deep Lying Forward with Attack duty.
You can assign player's duties for your own sets of players, which will suit your team best or you can use my set of assigned duties.
