Kwadwo Asamoah seems to be one of, if not the best player in his position.
But are there any cheaper and as good alternatives?

Can only sign him for 35 million, 4 million agent fee and 3 million signing on fee!

depends whether you needed him as a DM or an AMC or just a MC. In all cases, yeah there are cheaper alternatives.delj .not sure if they're as good though. Christian Eriksen or Willian or Sigurdsson for AMC. Kara, M'vila, Fellaini for DM. And Ruben Jenssen, Marco Verratti, Milan Badelj etc for CM
