Hey, im tenerife in my 1st season and i signed traore. hes doing well, scoring 16 in 29 games (nt bad 4 1st season) but he's stats are not increasing (same as begining) and it says tht he is unhappy with the workload of trainings. Im using Dans training from the tactical downloads section and put him under target man. any suggstions guys?

Lower the intensity a bit, might help him improve morale and stats might start to increase i guess
Players in order to do well in training and develop they need to be professional. This means they need to have high professional stat (ambition helps too). L.traore has 6/20 prof and 6/20 amb so thats why its hard to be improved. The only way to increase these stats is by tutoring him by an older player who is professional. Good luck mate
