Lack Of Disapline

A few times on this game players have been unhappy due to a lack of discipline at the club...what does this mean?? an how can i rectify it..?

Usually all you have to do is issue a warning every time a player gets sent off, that will avoid players moaning about lack of discipline. As for how you can solve it I don't know, I guess the same way you fix every problem on FM, win games?

1) its discipline
2) you need to fine them or warn them when they get red cards or perform badly

i fine my players everytime they get sent off... never really do it with poor performance so maybe ill give that a go!
