Lack of Harmony & underachieving

my players keep on moaning at me saying there worried that the club is underachieving or is worried about lack of harmony

does anyone no wot to do

Start winning games.

This is usually caused by being lower then your expectations.

IN short if u are expect to win say i expect a win
if its more or less even say for the fans
if u are underdogs say pressure is off
if a player ever scores dont say pleased at half time say i have faith in your ability or you can make the difference on players above 7.3 ratings

If they are below 6.8 disappointing , below 5.8 angry
if its a youngster or a player making a Debut No pressure
Read your Assistant advice before the game if it says a player is looking cocky or over confident say I expect a performance if he doesn't play well by half time take him off ,
If you are leading by a 1 goal at half time say don't get complacent . if you are 2 goals up say pleased ,
and remember what works for each player and so on the team talk guide is on here somewhere but thats all i use from it and it does me well

use gza ob1 advice, that guide is class.
you are not winning games so you're not hitting targets,a nd are below expectiations, youve not been finding a way to address player morale, either through team talks or press conferences (yes these are important if used properly!). you are not interacting with payers one on one well enough.

in short you are being a poor manager
