Lack of Harmony !!!

Iv just taken over the job at preston after starting the game unemployed and after a few games in charge my players are upset at the lack of harmony at the club. This always happens when i take over a team who arent doing 2 well in the league. Anyone know how 2 improve this so that my players morale and performances improve.

im not realy good at this stuff but u could try offering contracts with big bonuses and try get a good win streak going
