Laggy Menus?

First time i have ever played a BETA so i'm wondering if the menus being kinda laggy. the mouse does move smoothly and it's feels like i'm jumping frames

And the simulation calendar (??) appears like this

Anyone else having this issue?


Edit: It's not always laggy just sometimes, other times it runs normally

I have had this issue too, mainly when the game has been running for a couple of hours.
