With Lampard definatly out and Essien suspended the midfield picks itself with Mikel, Zhirkov and Ramires looking to start the next few weeks.

Ramires still has not settled so I was hoping Lampard will come back fast but its aight since the injury looks minor

It does give more chance for McEachran to feature. Ramires done ok when he came on the other day ran around like a headless chicken.

Yer he was poor against Pool but against Arsenal he was arguably our best player. We normally let a player bed in for a season before we completely judge him and he isen't going to get used to the league sitting on the bench every week lol. This is a big chance for the lad.

Lampard been very unlucky this season. Gonna be a lot harder for him to get 20 goals again this season
