language and loan to buy help

can someone tell me how long does a player need to learn a new language?
if i loan to buy out a player can i reject their offer if they want to buy my player?

Firstly, with the language it depends on the player but it usually is more than a season for them to learn the language.

Secondly if you loan out a player with an option to buy and the club bid the ammount in the deal he will be able to talk to them no matter what you do so be careful
