Language barrier

i play as newcastle and have already lost Pancrate because he cannot blend in due to language barrier. he got transfered based on some **** rule.

now i signed milevskye and he is also facing the same problem. i am afraid that he might also move on. can anybody please suggest a way to overcome this.

Do you mean he has to be officially transferred or by his own choice..? If he is unhappy etc, sign a player who is the same nationallity or can speak the language his language, or even better, an international teammate/ or from his favoured personel.
