I have just landed a decent Polish scout for Eastwood town and he is bringing me some decent polish players in either on loan, on a cheap or some free 16 year olds.

how can i get them to speak english and how long does it take?.

Depending on their adaptability, normally between 1-2 years

where do i find adaptability because its not on the main attributes.

Football Manager Real Time Editor . It's a program that lets you edit/ view data for different aspects of the game while playing it. I would suggest you keep away from it though, tends to wreck the saves!
