All they matter. I made a small experiment and showed the results in a video.
Knowing certain language is more important than how many, knowing more is important once such language is known. Being of same nation as the club counts. Also some may not want a woman.
Excuse my slow speech, I still need to work on that. While at times I can speak faster, I'm still not confident I won't turn into gibberish if I talk fast like happened when I made my first video.
