Late goals

Hi! I've been playing FM2011 for a little whiile now. I'm doing a save with Montpellier Heraulf SC and I have a problem. Actually everything is going pretty smoothly, I'm 3rd, but lately I've had 3 losses from 5 games because the opponent scores late goals, even though I'm 2 up. How can I prevent it?

Sub out your tired players. If youre playing with two strikers sub out one of them and put on a defensive mid and slow down the tempo of the game by time wasting.
