Latest Patch causes problem...

On installation of the latest patch (third one) I have lost all my regens faces, and am simply left with hair, which looks bizarre. I have made no alterations to get to the situation. Has this happened to anyone else, and does anyone know how to fix this?

Do you have Steam installed, it may be related to this i think
